4. How We Share Information

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only as follows:

• Service providers who act on our behalf — for example our customer-relationship-management (CRM) platform, and email, SMS, hosting, and analytics providers — who are permitted to use the information only to provide services to us.
• Real-estate partner — with your inquiry, we may share your details with our partnered brokerage (Christie’s International Real Estate Tamarindo) so they can help service your request.
• Legal & safety — when required by law, regulation, legal process, or to protect rights, property, or safety.
• Business transfers — in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.
• With your consent — for any other purpose disclosed to you.
