SMS & WhatsApp Terms

1. Your Consent

By providing your phone number and opting in (for example, by checking the consent box on a form, or texting us), you agree to receive SMS text and/or WhatsApp messages from Costa Rica Property Insider and its partners about your inquiry, consultations, your Discovery Trip, and related resources. You confirm you are the subscriber or customary user of the number and are authorized to opt in. Consent is not a condition of any purchase.

2. Message Frequency

Message frequency varies based on your activity and inquiries.

3. Costs

Message and data rates may apply, according to your mobile or messaging plan. We do not charge for the messages themselves.

4. Automated & AI-Assisted Messages

Messages may be sent using automated systems (including an automatic telephone dialing system or prerecorded/AI-assisted technology) and may be drafted or triaged by AI assistants before a team member continues the conversation.

5. Opt-Out

Cancel SMS messages at any time by replying STOP. After you reply STOP we will send one confirmation message and then stop sending SMS messages. For WhatsApp, reply STOP or use WhatsApp’s block/mute controls. Opting out of messaging will not affect your other communications with us.

7. Carriers

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery is subject to your carrier’s and messaging provider’s capabilities and policies.

8. Privacy

Information you share by message is handled under our Privacy Policy. We retain records of your consent (the language shown, timestamp, version, and source) for compliance.

9. Changes

We may update these SMS & WhatsApp Terms; the revised “Last updated” date will appear above.
